All Ten Hours

Hey,

Well it was conference weekend here and it was really good. I think it was the first time my entire life i have watched all 10 hours of conference. Haha and now i know why. Just kidding. It was really good. We got to watch it in English as well so that was really good. All of the talks slayed. (slayed means really good). There were alot of talks about temples and how important they were. Also they seemed to stress the eternal aspect of this life. Priesthood Session was amazing. I also liked how when they sang we thank thee oh God for a prophet the showed pictures of President Monson. It was really good. Sounds the picnic was good like usual. Way to win in football. Last week we didnt go to the island. We played football against the other elders and we won in that but we lost in frisbee. So today we are having a rematch against them. The weather here is pretty warm now but they turned off the heat to our apartment so it is colder in there than it is outside. The winter wasnt nearly as cold as i thought it would be. At least for me. I got lucky and was in the south of the country for most of the winter so it wasnt to bad for me at all. But the other parts of the country seem really cold. There were two baptisms here on friday so that was awesome to see. Transfers are this week and my companion is getting transfered. I am pretty sure i know what is going on with me but i dont want to say and be wrong. So ill tell you next week. Haha transfers are just like a big games trying to figure everything out. Good times. Who won basketball? That is still so weird that "Luke" wants to be called Luke. Oh well. Doesnt bother me. And Easter here is a huge holiday. It is this sunday. And everyone here is provaslovknee which is a break off from the catholics so they go crazy for it. Nothing really exciting has been going on here though. The teenagers still make me mad because they are so worthless. WE were walking home the other night when some kids just threw their cigarettes at us. I wanted to go kick the crap out of them but we just kept walking. They are so gay. Haha anyways after that though my trainer called to tell me goodbye because he was going home today so that made me feel alot better to talk to him. I told him to call you and tell you when his homecoming is so hopefully he does. We have been trying this new english thing where we hand out thousands of invitations and then we have a registration for it but so far only 3 people have come for it and we only have 2 more days left of registration. So hopefully tons will come. Getting to the island though doesnt take a boat. There are bridges but it takes us like 30 minutes to get there because its far from our area. But it was way sweet. Yea people not showing up for lessons is really annoying. What kind of questions did those people ask the ambassador? I guess ukraine is number 3 on the financal support from America. Israel and Egypt are above Ukraine. Well everything is going well here except for the kids making me mad but ill get over it. Haha. Love you and hope everything goes well for you.
