Hey,
How are you? Everything went well for my birthday and i had a good time. I cant believe how fast the time has gone by that my birthday has come and gone. Time is going so fast. Febuary is already over! Anyway the game was fun that we went to on saturday and the cheerleaders arent that cute and are terrible at dancing. I guess the players get paid decent but nothing like they do in america. We went to TGIFridays and ate there and it was pretty good. That is the only other american resturant and it is only in Dnepr. I think though i will be in the mission office the rest of my mission though. My companion goes home next transfer so unless this is my last one then i am pretty sure i am staying here. Zone conference was good but it was only the first one. We still have to do another 4 so this week i am going to be traveling alot which will be fun. For my talk though i just write down ideas that i want to say and just go from there. I can do the same in russian though but Zone Conferences are in english so its good. I know that kid that spoke. That sucks that they got beat up. Haha i only had 5 attack me but i made them pay the price for it. I am glad that the US won in hockey though. That would be cool/weird if NHL players stopped playing in the olympics. Nothing to exciting though happend last week except my birthday. We are still working hard to find people but few lessons unfortunatly. I was in Zap yesterday for church because we had to do an audit there on the branch and it was really fun to go back. That was my second city in case you forgot. But seeing everyone again really was enjoyable. Haha felt like i never left there. Well sorry that this email sucks but i really dont have anything to say. Things going well. My companion and i are doing well. He is a stud. I think this is the shortest email of my mission but yea just know things are going well and we are having fun and that i am doing fine. Love you. Crazy to think that i only have 3 months left. WHATEVER-ITS THEIR SALVATION

Hey,
Well the church just gave us a new email system which is really nice because it is linked with google mail so yea its cool and have alot more space for memory. so that is why the email address is different than it has been. Things here are going good. Still hard to find people to meet with who will continue to meet with us but we are trying. We find people to meet with once but then after that they dont ever again. Whatever. Its their salvation. The weather here is crazy though. Some days it is freezing and snowing then the next it will be warm enough to melt snow and then everything is just wet. Yesterday i remembered how you mom would put walmart bags in your skiboots. So yesterday i tried it out and it worked really well except i didnt have walmart bags. Haha. So thanks for the idea. I didnt know it was the olympics. Haha i dont think they will have anybody huge but maybe there will be some random guy who does well and wins. Movies here are very cheap so if you give me a list i can find some and bring them home. They have russian and english. We had some drunk guys show up on our doorstep the other day so that was fun. My apartment we have a security camera so we turned on the tv and they were standing there and were like open the door. Haha it was pretty funny because they said they were the cops and their "badge" was a taxi card. So anyways we didnt open it and were just yelling at them and telling them to go away. But then the office elders came over so we had to open the door and we scared the drunk guys pretty because my comp is like 6-4 and a big guy and i was holding a bat. Haha it was funny. So thats about the most exciting thing to have happend lately in my life. We start Zone Conferences again so i am going to be travelling again which will be fun and tiring at the same time. We are going to another basketball game this week for my birthday so that will be fun. I dont think 55,000 missionaries would be enough for all of China. Haha then the rest of the world would be without missionaries. Anyways things are going well here and i dont have much else to say. Hope everything is going well for you back home. Love you. See ya.

WALKING AROUND NAKED

Hey,
Hows it going? Things here are going good and last week was a really busy week for me because it was transfers and we had to move people and just stuff like that. Nothing to exciting though. I found a new apartment for the office elders that will save the mission about 200 dollars a month and so i was doing stuff with alot last week. I got a new companion whose name is Elder Gruver. He is from California and is one transfer older than me so i was in the MTC with him. He is a good guy and we were around each other in Poltava so we are already good friends. I really dont have much to put from last week but i was able to go contacting for the first time in my area since i came to Dnepr and that was really good we met some people who i guess had seen me and McDonalds a couple of days earlier. Haha who knew that McDonalds would be such a great place. That doctor guy told us he was really busy and wouldnt be able to meet with us until after feb 13 so i hope he calls us. He was such a stud. We went to a basketball game here on saturday and it was really fun. I think most college teams could beat them but still it was fun to go and watch a competive sport. There is a rule where only 2 americans can be on the team and dnepr has a 6'9 black guy from alabama who we talked with after the game. Haha they just let you walk over the court and talk to the players. Pretty crazy and opposite from america. High School gyms in america are bigger than where they play but yea it was fun. That is cool that the girls went skiing. The weather here is pretty cold and the humidity makes it feel like i am walking around outside naked. Haha it goes right through my clothes. A 2nd grade reunion eh? That is pretty weird. I wonder if i will have one of those things. The package i got was from Grandma and Grandpa Hukill so tell them thank you from me and that i love them. And also tell Grandma i wrote Aaron and Anthony and am just waiting to hear back from them. I do remember the Princess tower thing. Haha that is funny that she remembered it that well. Yesterday during Church we had a lady get up who wasnt a member and she bore her testimony how all churches are true and that she wasnt sure if joseph smith was a prophet. Haha it was crazy. Everyone was in shock. I am glad the Saints won though. Haha i like Peyton Manning but i hate the colts for some reason. I think it goes back to when i used to play them in techno superbowl on regular nintendo. Who knows. Oh yea i just remembered something. I know you said you were done sending packages but if you could send a small one or something like that with Crest whitening strips i would appreciate it. Well anyways thats about all going on here. Three transfers left

Hey,
The weather here has gotten alot warmer since last week. Yesterday was the first time i have felt about freezing in a very long time. But not everything is just soaking wet so it kind of sucks. We played football the other day in the snow and it was really fun. My companion is going home today so it is kind of weird. I have learned though some things that i want to do to make the trip home easier. I dont know what you want me to buy you but i have gotten some pretty sweet things for you but if there is anything else just let me know. I get a new companion on Thursday and i already know who it is and i really like him. He is a good guy but also will be going home before i do. Haha. I have 3 transfers left. I met this guy on the street the other day and he was with his wife and kid. So i stopped and talked to them and they were really nice. I got his number and met with the dad at his work which is the hospital since he is an orthopedic sugreon. He is way nice though and is excited to learn about the gospel with his family. Baptizing a family would make me life. Haha. He showed us X-Rays of knee and hip replacements and that was pretty cool to see. That is cool about Manning saying that about Cauley. Haha i have to admit though that i dont want the colts to win the Super Bowl. but that is good for that BYU guy.

Coldest Weather of My Entire Life

Hey,
Sorry i am writing a day late but whatever. Haha just know i am still alive and will write sometime during the week if i dont on monday. The weather here has been the coldest of my entire life. I seriously dont think i have ever experienced weather like this EVER. The other day it was -27 C. So cold. There is ice everywhere and its fun to slide everywhere. My feet though are freezing. Haha i am going to buy some wool socks so those will be nice. There is a ton of snow though. We finally got done with all of the Zone Conferences after giving the same talk about 6 times. I cant believe how fast this month has gone by. The first week of the month though i didnt think it would ever end. How did Cauley do? How often does he play. I dont really know what to say about my responsiblites though. I just help president with transfers and talking to missionaries and just know what it is going on the mission. I dont know. I just do whatever. And we do finding and such when we arent busy with other stuff. But for the most part we dont have much time which is to bad. We do alot of work though with Less Actives and getting them to come back. The kids name is Chad Winward and Coach Jackson. You can get letters from them and even Barry Hales might be good too. Hey did you ever send that CTR ring? I am still waiting for it so yea just wondering what is going on with that. This morning i went to the hospital with an Elder so he could get an X Ray and it was probably the most frustrating thing ever. Haha nobody wanted to help. Finally i was just like we give you money you give us X ray its that easy. Haha i wanted to slap somebody though. Nothing even happened last week worthy of talking about. Haha sorry my emails these past couple of weeks are pretty lame. But soon enough you will be able to ask me whatever you want and i can answer right away. Anyways things are going well here. Back in Good Old Dnepr

Hey,
Well its good to be back in good old Dnepr after travelling over the whole southern half of the mission. Especially going to Nikolaev was really cool to see everyone from there and to impress them with my russian. Haha crazy to think though that i hadnt been there in almost a year. I love that city. The Crimea was nice but now i am back to the freezing cold and the snow. I hate the cold. Haha but i would rather take snow over rain anyday. The brothers have disappeared for the most part. They just love their bible way to much that its hard for them sometimes. Haha i love reading that scripture from 2nd nephi with them though. Always makes me laugh. the only thing really exciting was 2 guys almost got in a fight on a bus because one was drunk and threw up and the other guy almost killed the guy. Nothing happend though. Your shirt though sounds like its pretty good though. I finally got 2 packages. thanks for all the Utah stuff. One of the office elders that is living with us ( i cant remember if i told you they got robbed by some people with knives so they moved in with us for a bit) is a big utah fan so we have good times together. It really is fun with them since they both our good friends of mine. That girl on Oprah sounds stupid. Girls here dont expect to get married until they are 24 or so and looking for husbands at 16 is not true as far as i know. Sounds like a dumb girl and must have been. Most girls here dont get married until like 25 and yea dont believe most of that stuff. Ukraine is sweet and better without her. Haha anyways i am sorry to hear about Uncle Don. I hope to make it back before he passes away. Does that guy want my college grades or high school grades? Haha my college grades are fine but my high school ones are alot better so show them first. What does he want to know about soccer stuff? Just curious. Tell him i speak russian if that helps. :) I kind of have a cold so i know how you feel. Its all good though. Well sorry i didnt write yesterday. I am still alive though in case you were worried. Haha yesterday we had zone conference in simferopol. It was really sweet to be able to see everyone. I saw Ben. I love that guy. Anyway, we get around by bus and train and sometimes president. We just stay at other elders apartments. I have been gone since last thursday and wont be home until saturday. It is really fun to see everyone but i am really tired always. That is crazy that a true freshman played off the bench in that game. I bet he was freaking out. I wish i could have seen the games. Few months i will watch them. Right now i am in sevastolpol and its so sweet. It so warm seriously like st george warm. Had some sweet pictures. That is good that dad saved Makenna. HAha i wish i could ahve seen it. I got the money order from grandpa but i have no idea what to do with it or where to cash it. I seriously might just hold on to it until i come home. I havent been to nikolaev yet. We are going this week. Tonight we are taking a bus there. I am excited to see them. I hope people even remember me. I guess i got two packages in the office right now but i dont know from who. One from jani but i dont know the other. Zone conferences are held every 6 weeks. Longest Week of my Life

Hey,
Whats going on? Wow i think last week was the longest week of my entire mission it felt like. I dont know why but it seriously seemed to never end. Anyway,new years was alright here but i fell asleep and was gone. Haha i wanted to wake up but i was so tired i didnt. We had to be home early the past couple days to because people here are crazy. Anyways we found two new black investigators that are way sweet. Haha i think the Lord wanted to send me to Africa but figured Ukraine was good enough. They are really cool and nice though. Nothing excited seriously happend last week. Yesterday i had meetings all day for this calling i have but they werent to bad. For the most part i just lisented and when was asked a question answered it. Haha but yea it is just straight russian. I seriously am so tired after listening or speaking russian for a long time. But the meeting went well and it was with the district presidency and all the branch presidents. Just to bad there arent more priesthood holders here that are active. That is way sweet that there is an ice rink in st george. I really never thought it would happen. I like ice skating alot though. I really was thinking about putting one in someday if there never was one. I have gotten 3 from you mom and that is it. Haha it was funny because everything had my old companions name on it. I laughed. But i dont know what happend to the other one. Man i keep forgetting jani has 2 kids. Haha i woke up today and told my companion it was my nephews birthday today. So dont think i forgot. I didnt know they had the same birthday. That is cool jared baptized charisse though. They dont really have a legal age though here for anything. They do put its not enforced at all. I dont really have details about my calling. I just do normal things and sometimes i have meetings. Haha thats it. Who won out of TCU and Boise? That is so gay they made them play each other. BCS is so gay sometimes. Anyways this week zone conferences start so it will be cool to travel everywhere. Seeing My Boys Was Way Sweet

Well that phone call came and went in like 30 seconds. Seriously that went by so fast. I wish i could have talked longer but whatever. It was good to see everyone for at least a minute. I am glad though that we talked on sunday before christmas for a bit. Seeing my boys was way sweet as well. Haha they all look and sound the same. Is Skylar still dating that girl or what happend? That is good they saw gavin and Makenna. They probably were freaking out. I am going to freak out when i see them that is for sure. Makenna didnt say much to me so that was kind of lame. Haha i am glad that gavin at least said hi to me. but soon enough they will be talking to me so much i wont want them to talk to me anymore. Probably not though but maybe. :) Being AP isnt to bad. The next day though was pretty crazy because we were trying to get people to their new cities and things just kept coming up or a sister would go off with others making other people wait. Haha sister missionaries are one of a kind. No offence Jani. :) Yesterday i had a meeting with the District Presidency and it was pretty good. During sacrament meeting i was sustained everywhere in the district. I pretty much have the same responisbilites as the 2nd councilor in the stake. Haha but not nearly as many people or crazy. I have never actually thought about playing soccer at dixie state. I didnt know it was a real team. If you could find out more about it i might be interested. Is Zac playing? I think i would actually consider playing though. The city i am in right now is the biggest city in our mission and is pretty dirty though. These last couple of days it has been raining like crazy. I am glad though because it isnt as cold as it normally is. It is a really big busiess center as well. Church members dont really give refferals here so it is kind of frustrating sometimes. They are just comfortable doing there own thing but some members are amazing. the countryside though is pretty flat. There arent any mountains in this part of the country but in the crimea there are way cool ones. Anyways i hope all is going well. Things here are going well. I love you all and i am glad that i have a family like you all and that we can live together forever.Elder Hukill

Well that phone call came and went in like 30 seconds. Seriously that went by so fast. I wish i could have talked longer but whatever. It was good to see everyone for at least a minute. I am glad though that we talked on sunday before christmas for a bit. Seeing my boys was way sweet as well. Haha they all look and sound the same. Is Skylar still dating that girl or what happend? That is good they saw gavin and Makenna. They probably were freaking out. I am going to freak out when i see them that is for sure. Makenna didnt say much to me so that was kind of lame. Well good times last night. Haha even though for you it is still the same day but i already slept and showered so ready for another day. I am still in poltava though and am leaving here today at 4pm. It is kind of sad though because they seriously told me i had until saturday but then they called and said i need to come down by tonight. So that will be cool. I am kind of excited for it but i hope i will still be able to teach people and get some baptisms. It is hard enough without having other things. Haha. But i am kind of glad to be leaving poltava. The members here are way sweet but all the other people kind of annoy me and such so yea. Nothing to exciting happend last week besides the freezing weather. It seriously was so cold. -20 C so that is -4 F and it was windy so yea it was pretty cold. I have like a stuffy nose and such but i will pop some of those pills and it will all be good. I will talk to President when i get to Dnepr and then i will let you know what date i am coming home. So yea i dont really know what to say because everything was pretty much said yesterday. Tyler was up early this morning/late last night (for us) getting ready to head to a Zone Conference in Dnepr (4 hour bus ride). Michael got an e-mail on his phone about 11:00pm, so we hopped on e-mail and shot some messages back and forth for a few minutes before he left. That is what he is talking about in his first line. It was pretty cool!!

Well that was pretty cool to be able to talk to you and Michael this morning. Lyndsi didnt write back forever so i couldnt respond. Anyways now i am in Dnepr and my companion and i came to finish email after we just got done playing lazer tag with alot of missionaries. It was really fun. I got 2nd out of 13. The trip down wasnt to bad but my feet were freezing. Anyway the fish was nasty because it looked so old and was salted. So gross. Some other people tried to feed us the same thing so we told them again we were allergic. It seriously looks so gross. We are working with this guy named viktor from camorron who is probably going to get baptized soon. Hopefully being the keyword. Maybe even on Christmas if he doesnt go home for 2 weeks. We had quite the experience last week where we went to this house and the people were like all drunk and tried to get us to drink. Haha we left and then they called and said to come back the next day when they werent drunk so we went back and they were drunk again! So gay. Sounds like playing in the snow was fun. Did they cancel school? I remember that one year where they cancelled school for a couple of days. haha that was sweet. How does Jared get to school? The place that we went to get our teeth checked was a pretty scary place. Haha. That is funny about the high council man saying that about testimonies because i seriously said the same thing at our Branch PEC meeting. I was like 1-3 minutes about something you know to be true. Haha it seriously is annoying when people get up and talk for like 10 minutes about how pepsi changed their life. Good for him. It is not very common to get vandalized this is the first time but i do think it has only been our branch. The people are just mean because they seriously just like ignore us and act like we dont exist. I would rather have someone yell at me then ignore me. Whatever though. Anyways if you see any of my friends tell them hi. Oh and those shoes please do check because i wore them out so when i came home i would have brand new shoes. Guy from the quorum of the seventy is going to be here tomorrow.Thanks. Haha i am kind of scared because he is going to interview all of the zone leaders.

Whats going on? Things on this side of the world all of a sudden got fetching cold. Haha but its alright but no fun to walk around in. It makes everyone even more grumpy then they already are. We tried to go contacting this morning but everyone is just mean so we came in to do internet. That is good Don is doing alright. I read a Church News the other day and i read his name. I hope he will be at my homecoming. Sounds like the kids are doing good and weird/funny as ever. I guess thats what they get when they have a mom and dad like they do. :) If i were Max Hall i would kill those people that did that to my wife. Haha but still he is stupid for saying he hates Utah fans. Especially since the Prophet and other Apostles went there. But yea i would definatly be angry if people did that to my wife. Everything here though is going well. We are having a hard time getting our investigators to come to the lessons that they say they will come too. Tell Jared happy birthday. That sucks that he has to wait for his drivers license. And when i was talking about the missionary mom thing i ment the website or whatever the thing is where you were on before i went on my mission. I dont really care for other thing. Everyone who would write in it is already home. Thanks for checking the account. I will definatly buy some sweet things with it. Haha. My companion and i are doing well though. We get along great and work hard. Nothing to exciting happend. Did i tell you that someone poured gas on our branch and lit it on fire and then like two weeks later put graffeti everywhere? People are stupid though thats for sure. So last week we went to this guy that we tracted in to. (By the way this is the 2nd time i have every met with anyone from tracting my whole mission) And after the lesson he tried to give us some of the grossest looking fish i have ever seen. He left the room and my companion and i were freaking out because we didnt know what to do because if we would have eaten it i am pretty sure we would have died. Haha but anyways he came back and i told him we were allergic to fish. Haha i hope the Lord understands. :) Anyways but yea thats about all going on. How is Reggie Bush doing? Or is the running back for the Saints still McAllister? What about those shoes? Well thanks for everything that you guys do. Stinks that Utah Lost

Hows it going? Everything here is going well and last week Thanksgiving was way fun. Haha we played football for 3 hours and lets just say i woke up the next day and have never been as sore. I am still sore but it was definatly worth it. My team got 2nd place. I think its good since i am the only one in our zone to have played football in high school. But instead of watching the Utah game we watched a movie called "Forever Strong". I remember you guys telling me about it and it was way good. My 2nd companion was in it and i remember him telling me about it. I really liked it though. The food was good and i dont think i have ever ate that much ever. So yea it was cool. Last one. Sounds like everyone had a good time at grandmas. On wendesday i had to go to a another city and do an audit on the branch. Haha it was funny because the paper was like the auditor should have some finacial experince. Haha made me laugh. But now i have seen every city in the mission. That is really rare for missionaries to do so i am glad i did it. I cant believe sacrament was over 2 hours! Haha i think i would kill myself in there. I would have left after braxten spoke. That is cool though that there is a new bishopric. That stinks Utah lost. Now i have to hear about it again for another year. Haha an Elder said Max Hall said he hates utah fans. HAha is that true? If so then by him saying that he is hating the Prophet. Haha дурак. I do know that Elder that Bowman knows. I just saw him on Thanksgiving. He is a good Elder. So our black "member" from africa i guess really isnt a member. Haha i guess he didnt understand what was asked. So now hopefully we will have another baptism. We have some other investigators but they are crazy. I think most ukrainians have old cold things they put stuff in to keep it cold. But they go shopping alot. So whenever they see us buy food for a week they freak out. Good times. Anyways thanks for the package with the scriptures. The weather though is still cold. But on thanksgiving it was perfect. Haha i had been praying for good weather and it got answered. Anyways things are going good though. Hope all is well there. Do you still do missionary moms things or whatever? Also did you send pictures to missionary mall for new shoes? Hows Uncle Don Also i tried to pull money off the other day and it wouldnt let me. Will you check and see whats going on? ? Haha first off i need to say that Bree is my new hero for saying that to the guy. Haha i just hope that he will still want to date her and take her out after that. Haha man i cant beleive Braxten broke both his arms. Seriously we did crazy stuff then that and we were fine. Haha hope he enjoys having his butt wiped. To bad though but still pretty funny. That is to bad for Hurricane and losing again. I would seriously do the same thing or just tell the DBs to tackle the wide recievers at the line of scrimmage or tackle them in the end zone. To bad for them. That is sweet that BYU and Utah play. Haha i will be wearing a red tie on saturday for support. But yea i am excited for thanksgiving and football. We made some sweet shirts so yea it will be cool. Things are going well out here though. My new companion and i get along great and we have some good investigators but alot of them are crazy. Serioulsy i dont think i have ever met so many crazy people in my life. Members here are better and know alot more about the church but members are members. I am sure they are the same in Utah. Hey if you get a chance do some missionary work and find someone new to baptize. ? Just send whatever kind of cute ring. It is for a girl so yea just make it cute. Seriously my russian is a lot better when i am angry. :) Anyways thats about all going on around here. Actually if you want to send something in french that would be appreciated.
